Walker Lapthorne - Managing Director
In addition to our Construction division we
offer specialist skills for
Conservation Projects as well as bespoke joinery, kitchens and specialist
goods directly to the public and to the building trade.
Tony Davies - Construction Director
Having been with the company for over 20 years,
Tony is responsible for running the construction activities at JDC.
He has particular experience with high specification bespoke housing
on difficult sites.
David Montford - Head Buyer
Dave brings over 30 years of construction buying
experience and is well known locally throughout the building sector,
having been a key figure with EBC, Cruse & Bridgmen and Hill & Lang,
now part of ROK Group.
Peter Dolley - Quantity Surveyor/Estimator
Peter runs the Estimating Department supported
by a team of part-time Quantity Surveyors. He is a highly experienced
surveyor having previously worked for major contractors both in the
UK and overseas.
Dave Hill - Site Manager
Dave Hill has a very wide range of experience
in the building trade from qualifying as a bricklayer through to management
experience in major civil engineering projects including shopping
centre developments.
